Oil palm harvesting is physically demanding work that keeps Malaysian and regional plantations running at full productivity. K.I. International helps international employers source suitable harvesting workers according to their estate size, terrain, and seasonal requirements. Our recruitment solutions support fresh fruit bunch cutting, pole and sickle harvesting, loading, and collection point activities. We focus on understanding job responsibilities, required stamina, prior estate experience, and workforce quantity before supporting candidate sourcing. Our structured recruitment approach helps employers consider workers who are genuinely suited to the demands of harvesting rounds. Our team also assists with relevant documentation and applicable overseas employment procedures, keeping communication clear for both employers and candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
